Another reason why Apple SUCKS. Have receipt for brothers iPod Shuffle, but that’s not good enough. Need 2 go home and make store reservation (never mind I’m at the store and its empty). Did reservation and went back (2 days later). Told to wait on line (20 mins) now its past my reservation time. I’m told to reschedule. FUCK YOU APPLE
